In-house braiding-to-assembly production — JJM blanks, JJB finished hoses, JJP fittings, JJN inner tubes
Unlike the rest of our catalog, shower hoses are produced in our own factory: inner tube extrusion, braiding, assembly, and quality control happen under one roof. That means real cost control, stable quality batch to batch, and one accountable partner for the most failure-prone part of a shower set. We supply semi-finished braided blanks (JJM) for hose converters, finished hoses with fittings crimped (JJB-SHORT and JJB-LONG) for brands and wholesalers, plus the matching fittings (JJP) and inner tubes (JJN) from the same line.
Components buyers usually spec alongside this category.

Materials decide whether a hose feels premium; sizes and fittings decide whether it installs at all. The wholesale-length grid, the anatomy of a hose union, the thread question that surfaces at installation — and how to specify all of it on a purchase order when the hose line runs to your spec.

The hose is the most failure-prone part of any shower set — and the part buyers understand least. A plain-language comparison of the three constructions you will meet in wholesale, how a braided hose is actually built, and the specifications that belong on your purchase order.
